Welcome to Inspection Training of Arizona (ITA). We provide classroom training for Home Inspectors and Licensed Contractors.
- We offer initial training for those students that are looking to become a Home Inspector. Our State approved, 90 hour course, is conveniently offered weekdays and weekends (please visit our class calendar for specific course dates). Our class will prepare the student for the National Home Inspectors Exam as well as prepare the student to setup and run a successful home inspection business. If you are already a licensed Home Inspector expand your inspection portfolio to help increase your inspection revenues, inspections such as Commercial Inspections, Modular Homes Inspections, Pool/Spa Inspections. ITA provides you with the highest quality "Hands On" education for a successful home inspection career.
Our instructors are not simply teaching the courses.. they live it! All of our instructors have experience teaching as well as being active home inspectors. You will be learning from the best Instructors/Inspectors in the valley.

Inspection Training of Arizona is one of two Arizona based facilities that provide LEAD Renovation, Repair and Painting training in Arizona.
